Privacy Policy
The RGV Consecration Mission website ( or “the website” in this document) refers to this site related to this domain and subdomains thereof. This privacy policy describes how RGV Consecration Mission uses and protects any information that you give us. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you provide us with personal information through this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, this website collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We also track the pages that are visited. RGV Consecration Mission‘s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how the website’s visitors use its website. From time to time, RGV Consecration Mission may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. However, this information is for internal consumption only.
RGV Consecration Mission also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. This website does not use IP addresses to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below. RGV Consecration Mission does use IP addresses to recognize potentially harmful visitors, comparing the IP address to a third-party security firm’s list of potentially dangerous visitors. If identified, the person is blocked from using the site.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
RGV Consecration Mission does not require a sign-in to use, view or listen to the media and spiritual content on the website. The site is freely available. However, certain visitors choose to interact in ways that require RGV Consecration Mission to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that the website gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who desire additional information to provide a First and Last Name, and an email address (and optionally, mailing address). This information is retained on the website’s database for up to one quarter and is never shared with external entities. The information is for internal consumption only and used by the RGV Consecration Mission‘s Point of Contact in responding to information requests.
In each case, RGV Consecration Mission collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with the website. RGV Consecration Mission does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
RGV Consecration Mission discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to project administrators, employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on RGV Consecration Mission’s behalf or to provide services available through RGV Consecration Mission, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
RGV Consecration Mission will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Again, information may be made available only to the website / project administrators, employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations, as described above.
If you attend RGV Consecration Mission functions, events or Preparation Classes, and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with RGV Consecration Mission. We primarily use our website to communicate, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
If you send us a request (for example via an email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. If we do so, we will not use your name or other personal information. RGV Consecration Mission takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

And as stated, it is also entered into a Membership database that resides in our office, but is not directly connected to our website. The Membership database is used to send periodic emails from RGV Consecration Mission, and to respond to questions.
The information may also be retained on the RGV Consecration Mission email servers.
We will not sell, lease or release / give your personal information to third parties, unless we are required by law to do so, or is absolutely crucial to delivering our services.

We keep personal member information in our separate Membership database forever. If you choose to unsubscribe from a mailing list, we will keep certain information about you so that we may honor your request. However, after processing the unsubscribe request, no future communications will be sent.
RGV Consecration Mission will not delete personal data from logs, emails, or records necessary to the operation, development, or archives. Again, the information will continue to reside on our Membership database. However, if you unsubscribe, we will not send future communications.
